Thinking about going to Best Buy for a Lectric XP 4.0 750watt E bike, because they have a package with the seat. I'd be spending 100$ more in the warranty (costs 299$). Yet it covers more then the 199$ extended Lectric warranty, and I get a 60$ seat.

Technically it covers more stuff. In practice though. Getting feed back on that is difficult.

There's a lot of pretentious people in any hobby so I'm not sure if it's just that. Or location based.

I need insurance since I live in NJ. Maybe I should see if I can get a bulk.

Too bad I can't just you know. I never even checked to see if I could buy the Lectric Warranty separately. I'll be checking that now don't answer ha.

Best Buy has a pack for the XP4 750 that includes the seat instead of a phone stand. Yet they don't have an extension on the warranty like Lectric.

If I go through them it's like 199$ for two year extension. It's 299$ for Geek Squad for Two years, but they offer a bunch of services, and have locations!

Then again I don't know if that's entirely correct as I can't get any information on it when I went to buy it at Best Buy.

Then I was thinking... Not even sure how good Best Buy is now these days. I always heard good things on Geek Squad back in the day, but definitely depended on who you get.

Any help would be appreciated.

PS. Bonus question. Is the Step Over better at modding?
