I bought a gaming laptop (Asus tuf a15(2025)) , on the 2nd day of purchase I did some phone link and multi control/second screen thing with my tablet(idk If this the reason)

Now I cannot connect through bluetooth,it pairs then get disconnected.

I checked from device manager,saw the adapter etc's properties it says "this device is working properly"

I updated my window ,no help

I uninstall the blutooth adapter then install it(Auto and by manually from website of brand) , no help

I reset my whole pc(clearing all personal files, app etc) (although using same gmail acc for window), still no help!!

What to do now 😭😭, help me plsor should I get bluetooth doungle? or try for replacement although (have concern what if they gave me major defective laptop in replacement)

So basically I have SDO Level central OBC NCL certificate which is of govt format.

I don't know what's the process in case of offline.

Can I go directly at sdo office?

If possible apna obc ncl cert ka pic daldo (ofc censor krdena)

Is there rule that Home state and state which issued OBC NCL have to be same ?

In my case I did my schooling including 12th in punjab and issued my obc certificate from bihar acc to their central list cuz its my permanent address.

Do we have to check central list that state where taking college?

Will I get Quota of OBC+HS in NIT of Punjab

Am overthinking it too much?

I have Central obc ncl certificate after 1 april 2026 signed by Sub division officer.
