It was rebuilt and sat about 4 years after that mechanics could not tune it just right. Now I’m trying to get it to pass smog and smoke comes out when I first start it and when it’s idle no smoke,but I can smell fuel .is this the end of the road.are some trucks impossible to get to pass smog please help
