Getting quests that are for rides only. I have rides turned off and do deliveries only. I'm in the KC market. I'm assuming I have to wait until the delivery quest comes available won't I?

Hey everyone,
I bought an unlocked phone through Ebay. Checked the settings and confirmed it was unlocked. I put my USCellular SIM in it and it works just fine. Tried to use it on T-Mobile because I'm switching over and now it says the phone is locked to USCellular and they won't unlock the phone. Anyone found a workaround on this?
