What kind of fix is this? General price.

So my Xbox controller took a hard fall. I'm not too gentle but I dont toss it around either. Anyway, the stick struggles to read upward input now. Basically the whole top of the controller left stick takes a few wiggles before reading, and it's only either no up input, or max input. No in betweens. I think it fell right on the stick itself.

When do I try to ask?

Things between me (MTF 18) and her (F 17)have been going pretty well. I'm graduating this year, and she does so the following year. It's a one year gap so don't even start. Anyway

I usually initiate our text conversations, however whenever we are in person, she is the first to approach, and on text, she frequently asks to call, and we chat for an hour to an hour and a half.

We've been getting to know one another better for about a week or two now.

We've already made plans to meet up out of school during the summer, like at a themepark, and as graduating comes and we seperate, she even said outright "we need to meet up at the local Library so we can actually talk in person"

I can't really tell if I'm just a fast friend, or if she sees me a similar way, and I really don't want to ruin this because even if she doesn't feel the same, this friendship kinda rocks.

We've already told each other things we openly admit we don't tell other people very often. Trauma and insecurity. Part of me worries we've gone too fast in the trust department... But regardless, what do you people think I should do?

I know she's single already, and isnt hung up on someone, she's made it pretty clear she's fine with how her old relation ended.

I just don't know, and with it only being 1 year of age difference, I'm still a bit nervous about it. Even though she openly says we're pretty much the same age since she turns 18 soon and I'll be turning 19 much later in the year.

What do I do I guess? Do they even like me?

I don't care if I risked my life to vote blue,

I don't care If I would've died.

I am happy knowing that I chose to try and do good, because if all 8 billion people chose, there would be children, colorblind, babies, mentally inept people, there would be people who wouldnt hit red, meaning if we follow the idea that everyone needs to vote red and nobody dies, these people will. But if only 51% vote blue, everybody lives.

The intrisic human nature to do good.

100% is just impossible,

51% plausible, reasonable even.

Stop thinking for yourself, and think for those children who would just pick blue because it's their favorite color, think for others trying to do good, vote blue and we all live. Vote red and you might live, but countless children, and good people die, and the blood is on YOUR hands.

"Oh my vote won't matter, it's one of 8 billion."

And the great lakes were just couple drops of water once. Each and every drop that made up those masses brought them to be where they are today. Your vote matters, it's the opinion of the collective. If everyone held the "my vote won't matter idea" then why vote at all? It's stupid, you're a part of the collective, so your vote counted.
