Lease takeover
Looking for someone to take over my lease for the month of July 2026.
The apartment is located at 441 Chapel St, right next to the wooster square neighbourhood and all the good pizza (and a weekend farmer's market literally 50 steps away)
Private bedroom and attached bathroom on the lower floor of a two floor apartment. Upper floor is occupied by three other people with their own bedroom + bathrooms.
Basic furnishings provided (bed, mattress, table, pretty big closet) and I'm willing to sell my furniture for cheap if you see anything you like.
high ceilings and a huge common space with a sitting room, dining room and the biggest kitchen I've ever seen (not an exaggeration).
in house washer-dryer and dishwasher
rent is 1000$ per month and the apartment will probably be available for a longer lease if you talk to the landlord (idk about a rent increase)
