It's... so... close...

It's... so... close...

I didn't expect to get so close to the 100 milestone so quick... it's been a journey. Releasing a demo helped though not many played it?

Some random people are already playing my first game and it feels so good

Like, every single person I see playing (especially when a streamer playing it live) feels amazing. How they interact with the game, how they feel the characters or learn the mechanics. It's just one of the best things I have ever experienced. Feels like being solo dev might be addictive, lol. Is this happening to you?

Luigi's Mansion 3 heavily inspired me to create a game

The concept of a haunted hotel with a different theme in each floor is so interesting to me. The game I'm developing follows a similar pattern, with some twists: the hotel is currently being used, and the story starts at the top floor, so you'll be going down in each chapter.

So, steam page here. There is something about the game that is pushing people off because the needle is barely moving. Is it the puzzle combat? the trailer? or perhaps the game is ugly idk. I want your honest opinion. People seem to engage with clips and screenshots I share online but not many seem interested in playing the game by the looks of it.
