What’s your “I shouldn’t have gone out today” run?
But you did anyway.
But you did anyway.
Lately I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to compare. You see other parents with color-coded study schedules, extra tutoring, advanced lessons, perfect routines… and suddenly it feels like you’re falling behind.
Sometimes I wonder if I’m doing enough academically, enough emotionally, enough with structure, enough with support.
At the same time, I know every child learns differently and every family has a different reality.
How do you balance supporting your child’s education without feeling like you constantly have to do more?
A new running week is almost here.
Are you using today to rest, recover, go for an easy run, or plan out your training for the week ahead?
Any goals you’re focusing on next week?
How are you resetting this Sunday?
How did your run go today?
Anything memorable! good, bad, unexpected, or just one of those quiet runs that felt right?
What happened out there?
End of the week, how are you feeling?
Did the runs go how you wanted, or just glad you got through them? Sometimes it’s more about showing up than anything else.
What’s your mood going into the weekend?
Not every run needs to be big. Sometimes it’s just getting out there, finishing what you started, or showing up when you didn’t feel like it.
What’s a small win you had this week?
