How do you guys find mental peace?

I am a pretty sensitive person, I get emotional over something so meager to people and seeing the bad things happen outside and people's views makes me think, i was born in the wrong generation (nothing to brag about just feels stressful).

I am a reserved person, who doesn't mingle with others very easily, which made me look like an odd ball in my articles. I don't know whether these are the reasons for my lack of mental peace.

What's wrong with these people?

I might get hate for saying this, but these people are living in delusion. If she doesn't want a baby, that's absolutely fine, but by aborting a child because it's a boy and they are doing some kind of work for the benefit of women is delusional and sick.

They are people who are mentally sick and are not fit to be mother's, what's wrong with them.

How is it any different from female foeticides to them.

How do u guys tackle depression?

See everyday seems boring nothing excites me anymore, even when i thought of taking a break and watching movies or series. I wasted the whole day doing doom scrolling instead of watching any movies or anything.

So how do u guys tackle the depression, I tried building hobbies but man, I suck at that.

What made u get excited, how did u enjoy it.

‘Who will cook at home': Why Delhi bus gang rape survivor refused to get admitted to hospital

This is such a sad state, she has no one to take care of her kids and her husband, and before anyone blames the husband she claims he is bedridden and suffering from TB. ( My initial reaction why didn't the husband support her)

Why can't her family members support her or even the neighbours support each other, so she can get hospitalized and get treatment, or even the government but I don't know how the government can help.

How many of you know this guy?

Correcting children is necessary but not at the cost of physical violence and he is being proud of what he did, believing he is correct without understanding he is grooming a person who doesn't know to say no when she doesn't want to or be a pleasing person.

This traumatic experience gets passed on, thinking it's necessary to correct the child through violence.
