My husband and I are looking after my BIL's two little girls while he recovers from surgery, the youngest is about to turn 6 and with her being away from home we want to make it as special as possible.

We're thinking of a girls day for both of them, followed by a party but we are running out of ideas.

She wants her ears pierced and her Dad has given his approval for us to take her, but other than that, nail painting and building a bear, we're running flat on ideas. Maybe a movie but we have no idea what us on and suitable.
