can someone help?

i’m trying to look for a BT/EE tv box that has streaming services (eg. youtube, netflix, etc.) and has a SCART output so i can plug it into my old TV.

i have a "Maxsun" RX580 2048SP 8GB, i'm trying to overclock it but the voltage percentage is locked. so i'm trying to find the right bios. i found a maxsun rx 580 8gb (no 2048SP) one and almost bricked my gpu (managed to undo it using safe mode).
(tl;dr: trying to find a bios for my RX580 2048SP without it trying to brick itself)

i have an RX580 2048SP 8GB usually at 25℃ under not much load, already clocked to 1250 core and 1750 memory.
i dont know if relavant but:
i7 970
8GB 1333mHz DDR3

im also looking to potentially undervolt it or something but so i can get a performance boost from my RX 580.
