Anyone want to have a good conversation?

Hii all, hope everyone is well. I'm sick with the flu and on bed rest. Would love to chat and have some good conversations and possibly make friends. I'm a 23F, I love reading, cooking, dancing, listening to music. Recently been obsessed with pretty little liars. Would love to talk about anything and everything, if you'd like to rant or vent about anything, I could be there for you too!

Please feel free to reach out

Does anyone else experience this?

Hi all, hope everyone is well. I just wanted to know if anyone else experiences this, often times I start getting menstrual cramps really early like 2 weeks before my period and it would feel so heavy as if I actually got my period. I had alot of scares on very inconvient days🤣. But also I suffer with some form of nerve pain. Like when it's close to my period or during my period. I suffer with really bad cramps and back pain. And there's like a nerve pain all the way from my thigh running down till my foot. And it is this horrible electrifying pain and sometimes my foot would tingle. And if it's unbearable when I take a Lyrica 25mg then I'm good. It only happens when my period is really heavy and at the start or when it's about to start.

When I recently went to the doc he did find two small cysts on either side of my ovaries but he said it isn't an emergency and would break and come out with my next period. I know with pcos it's on going battle and we can only ever reduce some of symptoms or maintain it.

Hi guys, trust everyone is well. Lately I've been having a difficult time reading or rather finding books that catch my interest. I love reading always have except nowadays I haven't found any books that really grab my attention. I have some free time and would love to get back at it. I love mysteries especially cozy mysteries Witchy mysteries Psychological thrillers I do love like some dark romance books. Romance books ( here and there)

I just want someone to tell me about a book or book series that they read at a time where they needed an escape or something that felt like a warm hug. Oh yes and Im also enthusiastic about having conversations related to books or if you recommend any. I would Love to read and discuss it. 😁 Sometimes the only ones who I rant to about books is my fur babies!

Thank you in advance for any responses 🤗

I recently finished the series both the books and TV series. Is there any book recommendations that could give me the same vibe, small cozy town..... Group of friends sticking together, all the drama and fear? I don't think I'm ready to let go of pretty little liars but it's too fresh for a reread and re-watch. Thank you so much in advance 🌸

I just want to share some inspiration and support to my beautiful fellow cysters. I was diagnosed with pcos ever since I was 13. I was on birth control and metformin. However I couldn't lose the weight and was bullied so badly. I learned and healed, when I came into my early 20s, I found a pcos supplement pcositol. Taking that with the correct dosage of metformin, eating healthy meals and getting more movement. I managed to shed my weight. No it's not alot. But it is noticeable. Even my doctor said wow you lost alot of weight since the last time I saw you. And yes he is an older generation doctor whom you know would be more critical of weight loss or gain. But he was so kind. I just want to say that we will be okay, but invest in your health as much as you can
