Hi everyone,

I have Rayneo Air 4 Pro glasses, a Pixel 8 smartphone, a Samsung Galaxy S24, and a Windows laptop, but I can't get 3D mode to work.

On the Pixel 8: when I press and hold the volume up and brightness up buttons, it restarts and the screen goes black. The same thing happens on the Samsung smartphone.

On the PC, when I activate 3D mode, the two images are slightly mixed up but still remain separate, so I see one image on the right and another image on the left with the center slightly mixed up and the sound choppy.

I downloaded the RayNeo AR app, and it only offers connectivity for the X2 and X3 Pro glasses.

What can I do to watch 3D videos and convert 2D to 3D?

Lately, we've been seeing more and more tv box with Snapdragon 8 processors (gen 1, gen 2, or gen 3).

Have you tested them? Are they recommended? Are they reliable or risky to buy?

What are their advantages compared to a tv box in the same price range ?

Some even boast DRM L1 compatibility, Netflix certification, and Prime Video.
