Hi! I'm a new VA and i would like to ask if paano ako makaka sure na babayaran ako ni client sa 1 month paid trial, dapat ko bang sabihin kay client na biweekly dapat yung payment sakin for this 1 month paid trial?

Here yung email nya sakin
"We would like to move forward with a one-month trial period, starting with a compensation of $1,000 USD, which can be increased to $1,500 USD based on your performance and demonstrated skills during this period, with further growth opportunities beyond this level as you take on more responsibility and impact within the role"
