Accent in Little Lorraine

Have any of you seen the movie Little Lorraine? If so, what do you think of the accent? It sounds good to me but I'm from the mainland. Past movies set in Cape Breton or Newfoundland sounded nothing like your accents so this is definitely better. Looking forward to hearing what you think.

Lamotrigine and sleep

Does anyone else have trouble sleeping since taking Lamotrigine? I can get to sleep but have trouble getting back to sleep after 5-6 hours. My GP also prescribed Trazodone, an antidepressant which is also used to treat insomnia which sounds ideal in this situation. I find it only gives me 3 hours of sleep at the most so I take it after 3 am. It helps but I miss sleeping more easily. I'd like to know your experience with this.

Age spots

My skin is full of age spots of different types. I've seen a dermatologist who took a quick look and said they're not of concern. Honestly I can't wait for AI to determine accurately if I need to see a dermatologist or not in the future.

Is there any aesthetic treatment for huge areas of skin, like on my back, that wouldn't cost the earth?

It's messing with my self-esteem to the point that I wear clothes that cover up the worst of it and I even avoid swimming.

Soft toothbrush not soft

I always use a soft toothbrush. Recently I received a soft Oral B toothbrush from the hygienist, but it feels more like a medium. I could easily scrape off plaque that would normally take a while with a regular soft brush. Is this a new Oral B formulation, a different model for dentists, or are not all soft toothbrushes soft at all?
