Question about Diesel plain toes vs caps.

I have a pair of 11 3e diesels. I have to use an insole so my feet are a bit jacked up. I would describe the area in the toe box width and height as snug but not uncomfortable. I’m considering a pair of cap toes and wondering if the caps would make a difference in the toe box, width and height. I’m hoping that if the plain toes fit me the caps will also. I have no margin for error. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I read the stickied post. Nothing it said would lead me to believe that these should not be returned.

i bought these at the current sale, They were not marked as seconds. I am well aware of the creasing of this leather, I have it on a few boots.

Would anyone keep these?
