Okay, for the past few weeks I've been seeing so much of this stuff on reddit. Men ( some ) are saying if marital rape is made illegal, women ( most ) will misuse the law.

Now, let's get practical. Almost every woman, from a toddler to an old woman, hell even dead bodies are sexually molested by predators and it is such a difficult thing to prove even then.

If a wife accuses her husband of marital rape, first of all it will be very difficult to prove. Also, women are not out of their minds that they will one day up and go file cases on their husbands. Especially, in such a patriarchal society where women with no husband are seen as a shame to the society. Even if a woman dares to file a report against her husband, she herself will have to go through multiple mental and emotional harassment from her family and society. She may even get ostracized from the society itself her finding another partner will get significantly reduced. Also, if the action is not taken against the husband asap, it is very much possible that the abuse will increase multiple folds.

So, men and women in this subreddit, can you please explain to me why are men so pissed about marital rape being illegal.

Also, men justifying raping their wives, bcz they married you, you are total fucking assholes who do not see women as humans who have the basic right to deny sex.

P.S. Downvote me as much as you want for saying this, but every fucking law gets misused in this country. If real victims do get justice ( and some good men are sacrificed for the greater good ) , let it happen. Women have been sacrificing even their basic fucking rights to feed men's fragile egos.
