Kaal weather ta besh bhalo chilo, and I really needed to shift my focus onto something positive midst of all the chaos happening in the city rn. I've never drawn a statue before, I'm trying to improve my art so we'll just ignore the hand for now lol. I really enjoyed coloring this one :)

Also, idk if this is the right place to ask but do any of y'all feel frustrated when you post your art on insta and get like 10 likes after hours of spending time in it? Even if your followers count in over 700. Max story view would be from the same 60 people who won't even tap to see the post but the moment you post your picture - 50 likes at least. So like wtf? What am I missing here? This is why I like reddit more.. people genuinely interact w you. Real talk. None of that "yasss queen" "you go girl" "ateee" bs

I'm trying to improve my art these days and practicing the loomis head, trying to put the shadows at the right places. I've never drawn a statue before, but I came across this one (reference from pinterest) and I knew I'd have to try it :)

I've used ohuhu pastel markers and boy aren't they smooth af!! their price is skyrocketed now all thanks to hobbytok I guess? I don't have access to tiktok in my country so I wouldn't know. I wish I could get these markers sooner, I gotta get the skin tones set now fs
