The only thing my 2nd DUI has done is made me angrier, more irritated and depressed.

20days house arrest / 2 years probation-UA testing / 2 years Interlock / 48hrs community service / 110hrs online therapy classes / $2800 Fines plus $250/month for next 2 years (interlock/classes/probation). This comes after 6 months of Pre-trail UA testing.

Where's the rehabilitation? the punishment seems so severe and financially devastating.

I was in the process of turning my life around before my DUI but one bad decision has led to the worst year of my life with no end in sight.

I saw a father and two kids (8-10) on E Bikes ride up Telegraph today right after I suffered that brutal climb... At the bottom of the Tele intersection, there were 5 other people on E Bikes looking to head up Meadow to Stacys. (I've also seen them in Test Tracks)

I support people getting out to ride but this is getting ridiculous. Lesser-skilled riders are traveling further, at higher speeds with complete disregard of trail etiquette. (Sure, there are some 'skilled' riders too, and some that obey signs...)

We need more signage... Like at every trailhead and intersection, showing where E-bikes are and are not allowed. The few signs I've seen on Meadow Connector and lower tele are not enough.

Then again, How long until every trail is open to E-bikes...

Just starting 2yrs Supervised probation for a second DUI in Colorado and wondering if its typical for a probation officer to visit a residence if I'm compliant and have no issues with drug testing. Do they do an initial visit?
