They are full of shit lol

They are full of shit lol

I’ve been on probation since January 2024 with a 3 year supervised release term in NC, I was finally moved to low intensity probation in October 2025. I have had no dirty tests, no violations, no new charges, restitution is paid in full. I’ve also been in full compliance with everything. I sent a email

This morning requesting to be put in for early termination to the administrator because I have no probation officer. I check in once a month online. She’s telling me that I have to do a year of low intensity before being put in for early release. She’s telling me it’s MANDATORY but it’s not after doing some research. Also, my 3 year term would be complete in January 2027 anyways. Should I just wait it out? They clearly aren’t trying to work with me.

anyone in or around mental health court/drug court who has dealt with revocation of said mhc/drug court, please share experiences

my state is PA, chester county. i already talked to a lawyer.

3 years ago i got into a fight with an abusive family member, and earned a f2 agg assault on a plea deal. ive been on mental health court ever since.

ive had minor setbacks, but no major violations. only served weekend jail for dilutes but i have had multiple positive ua’s.

i am in phase 3 of the program, so obviously i take it seriously or else i wouldnt have gotten this far. however, i lost my apartment and since i am technically no longer a resident of the county now the judge put in a motion to remove me from mental health court.

my lawyer says the da *most likey* would recommend the minimum sentence of my guidelines for my charge and previous offender score (zero, not even a traffic ticket), which would be 9 months. they also did state that he and the da could reach an agreement, or the judge could agree to move me to regular probation. the last option would be ideal and is definitely possible, but being away from my family for 9 months is not preferred. My sentencing sheet and guilty plea sheet mention nothing about jail time deferred, so i am hoping for no jail.

anyone in or around mental health court / drug court and has seen revocations happen/ experienced them, please share your experiences. im not necessarily looking for advice, im trying to comfort myself with your stories because i hate the unknown. if you have any constructive advice (besides the usual “do better” etc.) i am open to it.

if possible, please be descriptive.

Thank you :)
