anyone feel the productivity of toolsmiths is too low now

Toolsmiths consume iron and charcoal a lot while i doubt the boost of production of iron and charcoal by using toolsmiths is of neglect. (to use tools in iron and charcoal production worker there either need a deliver system or grab by themselves which actually reduce the efficiency very much and I can not even ban the usage of tools)

How to deal with drought

Don’t say use grand temple please. I built several super complicated OR-gate dam system just like logic gates still helpless. What’s more, I notice a desperate fact that the water level in dam just getting lower as I lower the dam gate. Eventually it hit the bottom of the dam and I have no water at all. So what is the point of saving water?

I do see its help when dealing with flood.

Feel the irrigation now could be improved.

Seemingly the only way you increase fertility of your land is changing the direction of river by leveling the round, while we have tech like aqueducts or water towers that function very little in agriculture.
