So i have GAD and moderate agoraphobia, I was wondering if a 75mg cap of this stuff will work to calm me down? I keep pacing around the house and feel extremely on edge for some reason

So i had 2 upper wisdoms extracted 9 days ago. Healing has been great. Only had a sore jaw on Day 0 after the anesthetic wore off, other than that no pain. On Day 7 at the follow up the dentist said healing looked great. I'm 28 yo.

Well tonight after exiting the store I saw a friend I hadn't seen in months, smiled, and instantly felt a pull in the top right socket. I want to call it a pop, but it didn't feel THAT extreme. This was about 10 mins ago. No bleeding, no pain. Am I just being a hyperchondriac?

Two upper wisdoms, fully erupted, straightforward extraction. Had a follow up today and dentist said everything looks good, sockets starting to close up and tissue looking good. I asked him about vaping and he's like "ehh, I wouldn't", then he kinda said "well yeah you'll probably be okay, you'd have to do something pretty hardcore to dislodge it now".

Basically I have the green light to keep vaping but I thought I'd ask some of you guys first. It's one that requires a decent amount of suction too. Should I just go easy on it?

The post-op pamphlet given to me by the dentist said to wait a MINIMUM of 72 hours / 3 days before smoking... But that's talking about cigarettes. Vapes create much more suction.

Luckily it's upper wisdom teeth which I heard heal faster + also have lower risk of dry socket in general. I'm still being super careful though, I finally ate some oatmeal today on Day 5, but all the previous days was nothing but soup, jello, yogurt, Ensure, etc.

Anyone here that smokes or vapes who had their wisdoms removed?

So this upcoming Saturday I'm getting both upper wisdoms extracted. First time having any real dental work done other than cleans. The dentist literally wanted to do it today on the same day of the consult but I pussied out lol, any tips or anything i should know?

Luckily, they're both fully erupted. Dentist looked at the X-ray and showed me one tooth has "two roots" (?) or something like that, and the other one is perfectly V shaped (he said that one will be very easy to pull out). He didn't bring up the option of sedation at all, even tho i wrote "panic disorder" on the fill out form. Should I give them a call tomorrow and inquire about sedation rather than wait til the day of the surgery? I'm fairly anxious probably like a 7.5/10 as this is my first surgery and I'm also moderately agoraphobic, so I'll 100% be opting for it. Kinda wished I asked for a script for 1 benzo to take on Friday night cause i know ill be tripping about it, but I didn't want to seem like a nuisance
