Should Tails lean more into being Techno Tails?

I was thinking, in the Sonic × DC crossover, Tails's DC counterpart was made to be Cyborg, and what if Tails was pushed to be more and more of not just the Techie in the chair, but more of the battle-suit wielding character with powerful technical weapons he'd use in battle when venturing with Sonic. Nine was a great example of this, even if he came off a little Doc Ock like. Tails already used such gadgets in Sonic Battle, but would it be a good idea to include his character into the vid game alongside Sonic, allowing him to bust out the arm cannon? And to also be more like Cyborg and have mechanical enhancements on him via utility belt.

OCs from Genesis era

Ello ello. I'm new here but I thought I'd give my OG OCs a drop. Allow me to introduce Ignacius Cap, aka I. C., the Penguin, Joey the Wallyroo, and Binco "Coon" The Racoon. This group Misfits joined forces after each being captured by Eggman and escaping a la how Ray, Mighty, and Sonic first met, just at a different Eggman base (Sonic and pals were only one attempt).

I.C. is from Ice Cap Zone. A tinkerer with a willing to fly, I.C. took some scrapped Eggman tech found in the Ice Cap Zone and fashioned a jet pack out of it to allow him to fly in short bursts and speed his natural tummy glide. He has steel claws on the tip of his flipper wings to help maneuver around the icy terrain he's used to, but it also wields as a weapon for self defense.

Binco was a pickpocket thief with a heart of gold, robbing Eggman to give back to the poor villagers from his hometown in Knothole Forest. He is speedy, slick, and sly, and quite handy at lock picking. His night vision also allows him to maneuver in the shadows unseen and undetected. He can claw his way out of any sticky situation, but his pride can sometimes get the better of him and stick him into messy jams that he finds as a challenge to get out of, whether or not he's actually in over his head. He takes the leadership position of this trio.

Joey the Wallyroo is the son of a champion boxer Boxing Kangaroo father and a loving, nurturing Wallaby mother. He wears a fanny pack his mother gifted him to replicate the pouch she has, and this mystic pouch can hold anything in the way in cartoons where a character may have a bag that they can pull literally anything out of. He also sports Boxing Gloves gifted by his dad. His parents were taken by Eggman and he was on a quest to reunite with them once again when coming across Binco in a misunderstanding, which eventually led him to I. C. in clearing things up. Joey lets I. C. ride in his pouch sometimes during their travels. He is the most skilled fighter with an iron fist punch, and can punch very rapidly using his bullet-punch technique. Like Knuckles, Joey can be gullible sometimes and is quick to jump to conclusions. Thinking Binco was robbing a poor innocent person, he swooped in to wallop Binco only to later find out Binco was aiding I. C. in acquiring some equipment to help them on their mission to take down an Eggman base. Joey, with no leads as to where his parents were taken, joins I. C. & Binco in hopes he'll eventually found his parents once again.

These three were made with hopes they would/could join Sonic Fighters.

Like the title suggests, looking for a community where I can share my ideas on what Pokémon would be best to portray a character from another IP (pic related as an example). I have many lists from Paw Patrol to The Simpsons. Some lists where the Pokémon are teamed based on a theme. Anyone know of a community here where I can share those ideas for discussion?

I would here, but tried that before and...well, it didn't go well.
