Women who drink alone at home what is your actual experience vs what people assume?

There is this weird judgment about women drinking alone like it automatically means we have a problem or we are sad. I have a glass of wine by myself on Friday nights while I cook and listen to a podcast and it is genuinely my favorite part of the week. Not sad. Not lonely. Just enjoying my own company. Other women who do this what is your routine and have you ever felt judged for it by friends or family. Also curious if anyone started drinking alone during the pandemic and just kept doing it because they realized they actually liked themselves more than they thought

What's a hobby you tried once, were immediately terrible at, but kind of want to go back to anyway?

Not because you think you'd be good now. Just because something about it stuck even though you were objectively bad at it

Libido is almost too high eight weeks in. Does this level out?

I started TRT about eight weeks ago through a clinic. Protocol is 140mg per week split into two doses, Monday morning and Thursday evening. No HCG, no AI. My pre TRT total T was 280 and now I am sitting around 900 at trough. Honestly I feel great overall. More energy, better mood, gym progress is real. But the libido increase has been almost distracting. I am 41 and married. My wife is supportive but I think she is getting a little worn out. I don want to lower my dose because everything else feels dialed in. Does this intense drive usually settle down after a few more months? Or is this just how it is now? I have read that some guys say it calms down once the body fully adjusts. Others say it stayed high for years. Any long term guys here with similar experience?

Alt titles: Eight weeks on TRT and libido is overwhelming. Normal or a problem? | Will the high sex drive on TRT ever level off? | Wife is exhausted. Does TRT libido eventually calm down?

does anyone actually reapply spf every 2 hours realistically?

genuine question because i feel like social media makes it seem like everyone is perfectly reapplying sunscreen every 2 hours all day every day and i honestly cannot imagine how people realistically keep up with that. especially if youre wearing makeup commuting working being outside for normal amounts of time or just trying to live life without constantly thinking about sunscreen. i apply spf every morning and i do take skin protection seriously but once im out of the house reapplying becomes so much harder than people online make it sound. like if im wearing makeup am i supposed to put sunscreen over everything multiple times a day without ruining it. and even without makeup i still forget sometimes because life just gets busy
then i see people online acting like if you dont reapply perfectly every 2 hours youre basically destroying your skin and it honestly starts making me overthink the whole thing. so now im curious how people actually handle this realistically in daily life. do most people genuinely reapply that often or is morning sunscreen usually enough unless youre spending hours directly in the sun?

I’ve been spending most of my time playing 3-minute blitz lately, and I finally managed to push my rating up. However, every time I switch back to 10-minute rapid to actually "improve" my chess, I get absolutely destroyed. It feels like a completely different game; my opponents find these deep positional ideas that I just overlook because I’m used to the chaotic, fast-paced nature of blitz. I’m finding it really hard to slow down my brain and actually use the extra time effectively without second-guessing every solid move I find.
