Is it a red flag if I put on my application to not contact my current employer? I really do not want them to, because my boss doesn’t know I’m looking to leave and tbh I don’t think he would handle it well. But it also seems like a red flag to me to put not to on my application.
The whole plot line of Jeremy “cheating” on Bonnie with Anna’s ghost is so weird to me. I do not condone cheating, however I feel like if you see your girlfriend who died ghost, you should be allowed to kiss them. In my mind it’s not like cheating with an ex because they died. Like it’s a ghost, it’s not that deep😭
How do y’all make sure your application gets seen? So many places have you email it then never respond. Not even say received or anything. I want to get their attention but I feel like all applications are just being thrown in a black hole. Never seen or heard from again!
I want to get my mom some loop earplugs. I have a very loud house because my dad is a drummer. Ideally, my mom would wear them when my dad plays, but I know she will not because she'll say she's been around him playing for 25 years, so it's too late to save her ears lol. But I mostly want to get them for her when she's at work. She's an art teacher. I want ones where she can hear conversation, but blocks out some of the background noises because she gets overstimulated. Should I go with the Engage 2 or the Switch 2?
This might be a long shot, but does anyone know of a place in the Quarter that sells Bourbon St scents? I'm going to Arkansas to see my mom, and she once got a Bourbon St scent while we were in the Quarter. I honestly don't remember if it was a candle or a wall scent. I feel like wall scent would seem more likely for her than a candle. I really want to get her this and bring it to her for Mother's Day when I go visit, but I have no idea where it came from!
Guys, I’m so tired of this job interview process! I applied for a job that an employee at the company referred me to. I had 2 interviews that I thought went great. I haven’t heard a peep in almost 3 weeks since my last interview, I even followed up on Monday and got no response. This place is known for being super slow at hiring and there was like a 2 week gap between when I heard anything after my 1st interview, but idk I’m just so discouraged. This is the first job I’ve applied to in a long time that I could genuinely see myself working there and enjoying it. I know I just need to be more patient, but I’m so scared they ghosted me.
