Best place to get measured for a tux

I need my tux measurements for a rental. Any place that I can go and pay a small fee to get measured?

How to keep that much hair in place?

In the movie, The Holidate, Luke Bracey has a haircut that is similar to mine. His hair looks a little longer but I’m curious, how do you keep that in place? Product wise?

My hair can stay like that when it’s a little shorter but anytime it gets longer and thicker, it gets weighed down and just falls forward.

I use Kevin Murphy free hold.
