Hi all question I’m on .1 patch and transitioning to E cyp injections will be starting at either 3 or 3.5mg split weekly. How long did you leave your patch on while starting injections? Dr from defy said it’s ok to leave on a week or so and take off but sounded vague. Other feedback I got was 3-5 weeks they left it on. Please let me know the patch dose you had when you switched over how long you left it on and starting injection dose? Thank you so much!

Hi for those on E Cyp Injections as well what was your starting dose?

I am transitioning from .1 patch and they want to start me at 3 or 3.5mg weekly. Split dose. Seems high but I need to raise my levels my T Cyp isn’t working due to low levels of E. I didn’t absorb the patch well highest level I got was 94 max.

Please refer me to a PCP that you love someone that responds to your emails and sincerely cares. I’m really over my PCP she loves to disregard my requests gives a lot of push back. I’m a huge advocate for my health and a lot of the times I simply just need them to order the lab without the fight. Please refer me. Thank you so much!

What days and times do you take your Injections?

I’ve been on Dex for almost a year or so dosing is 10mg twice a day. I did this after coming off Vyvanse as that wore off way too fast. However now I feel Dex doesn’t work anymore. What did you do for a Dex reset? Did increasing give the response back as it was? Did you go back to Vyvanse or Concerta for a while then go back? Maybe try Dex ER and higher a booster? What’s your experiences when your med stops working?

Hi all for years my son has been struggling academically always on academic probation. One on one it when it clicks then he’s good. Executive functioning in class and home is a problem it takes him a while to respond complete tasks. He’s in 5th grade now and transitioning to 6th and will be a really big change for him. He goes to a private school so they constantly have him under a magnifying glass year after year hoping they move him to the next grade. Anyone in this age group with me ? Did you medicate at this age? Please share experiences how did the school years go while on medications?
