I am not looking for any invasive surgery. Any other suggestions please thank you. Will HA filler work or is it too close to the eye thank you
So we're trying to buy a place in South West London, and it's got an extension put in ( kitchen, dining) back in the 80s. The plans for it were approved, but there's no completion certificate. That basically means nobody ever checked out the building quality or signed off on it.
The seller's saying that since the extension is over 40 years old, the council can't really do anything about it. But we still asked for indemnity insurance just to be safe, so we're covered if enforcement ever comes up, because without it, we're not legally protected. The seller flat out refused to help us with it. It's only about 100-200 quid, so we're pretty confused why they'd say no. Is this something we should be worried about? Our surveyor looked at it and said it seems fine, but that doesn't offer any legal protection.
Please be kind in your responses. Thank you

I was not expecting that, my jaw hit the floor.
Edit- for details, see below
The accident occurred on a rather sharp turn, where the car veered off the highway, launched into the air, and fell into a deep gorge, which is reported to be around 200 meters deep. Based on the footage, the driver of the Maruti Suzuki Dzire lost control after what seems to be a tyre burst. After the loss of steering control, the airbags in the car seemed to have been inflated, which worsened the situation. Eventually, the car ended up falling into the gorge and reportedly caught fire upon impact, trapping the occupants inside.
The living room fireplace is disproportionate on both sides , there's also the ceiling beam I can't remove, and the other side there's the door, I'm not sure how to style this room to feel cozy, but not very boxy. It's not very spacious, very small area, floor plan in picture 2 for reference. Thank you
