Feel Good Friday 🤣 skipped the gym on Monday 🫣 so upper body day now today

Hate my posing face so hence why the my face is covered( minus two of them) 🤣 broke some PBs today

From yesterday’s (28/04) wander- 8 mile circuit of Yorkshire’s highest mountain and one of the three peaks- Whernside. Was going to incorporate Ingleborough but unfortunately rolled my ankle on the final mile down from Whernside

Some photos from today up Whernside and Ribblehead (one of the 3 peaks)- Yorkshire’s highest mountain. Cold and windy day (28/04) but well worth it as it was quiet and only saw a handful of people.

Hi guys,

So I’ve lost a lot of weight (25kg ish to be exact) in just over a year and I’m wanting to body recomp now. The only issue is that I’ve been under eating (1300 calories 😅) and my weight has plateaued. How can I body recomp with this, my goal is to gain muscle and lose my last bit of stubborn belly fat (I know I can’t spot target) I just want to tone it up and make it tighter.

Ive just started the gym again 3x a week, walk th dog on a long walk 2x a week. I’m also on creatine. Main thing I’m asking is should I slowly increase my calorie intake and protein intake?
