"Jugaad" made by my society members...

We all could not afford a cover for our biometric machine in the society. So this is the solution we found out. This is an airtight plastic box (tupperware) with the lid. When it rains we put the lid on. How did you like the idea?? Have you made any "jugaad" like that...

Just now, your employer has thrown the ‘everyone comes into work full-time’ grenade 💣. So, what do you do now ................. do you go with the flow and come back to work, try negotiating something like a hybrid model or even consider leaving and looking for something new? Would be interesting to hear from others about what they might do in such a scenario.😐🤨

Can you give me an example of an HR policy that makes no sense at all, but is completely accepted at your workplace without anyone questioning it? It would be interesting to learn about policies that can be considered irritating, irrelevant, or even outrageous but are somehow considered as part of the standard practice at your place of work.
