Six stand together.
Nothing seems out of place.

But one of them is hiding more than the others.
Not in their words… not in where they stand…

Look closer.

The truth isn’t what’s shown—
it’s what isn’t.

Who is it?

The gym is unrecognizable.

Lights flash across the crowd like a storm—blue and gold slicing through the dark.
The bass hits like a wave crashing into your chest.

The music kicks in.

The crowd explodes.

“THIS IS INSANE—!”

Percy Jackson is already in it—laughing, pulling someone into the crowd like chaos is his natural habitat.

“C’mon—live a little!”

Nearby, someone’s hyping everyone up like they’re running the entire night.

Another is half-dancing, half-surviving.

Someone else just watches it all—like they’re seeing something deeper in the moment.

And then—

there’s the one next to you.

“You good?” they ask, leaning closer.

You nod.

“Yeah.”

(and for once… it’s actually true)

For a second—

everything feels… right.

No pressure.
No expectations.
Just this.

The lights flash again.

The crowd jumps.

The music peaks—

buzz.

Your phone.

You almost ignore it.

Percy bumps your shoulder, still grinning.

“Don’t tell me you’re checking messages right now—”

buzz.

You glance down.

Your name.

From the school.

Your stomach drops.

The noise fades.

Not actually—

but it feels like it does.

“…Hey,” Percy says, noticing.

You don’t answer.

You’re still staring at the screen.

“…what happened?”

You look up.

At him.

At everyone.

At the moment that just changed.

“…I think something just went really wrong.”

The gym doesn’t even look like a gym anymore.

Lights flash across the crowd—blue, red, gold—cutting through the dark.
The bass hits hard enough to feel in your chest.

The music kicks in.

The crowd erupts.

“THIS IS WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT—!”

Someone’s already in the middle of it—shouting, hyping everyone up like they own the place.

Another is laughing, dragging people into the chaos.

One is half-dancing, half-trying not to get knocked over.

Another just watches it all—taking it in like it means something more.

And then—

there’s the one standing next to you.

“You good?” they ask, leaning closer so you can hear.

You nod.

“Yeah.”

(and for once… it’s actually true)

For this moment—

there’s no pressure.
No expectations.
No voices telling you what you should be.

Just this.

The lights flash again.

The music gets louder.

The crowd jumps in sync.

And then—

buzz.

Your phone.

You almost ignore it.

Someone grabs your shoulder, yelling something you don’t catch.
The entire room is moving.

buzz.

You check it.

Just for a second.

Your name.

From the school.

Your stomach drops.

The music is still blasting.
The crowd is still screaming.

But suddenly—

it all feels distant.

“…Hey,” someone says.

You don’t answer.

You’re still staring at the screen.

“…what happened?”

You look up.

At all of them.

At the lights.

At the moment that just… shifted.

“…I think something just went really wrong.”

I designed a scene where a group is at a concert and one of them gets a message that changes everything.

I tried to base the group on characters from different series—who do you think fits that dynamic?
