Koliko Beograd ima stanovnika i što sve spada u Beograd ?

Nisam iz Srbije i imam pitanje u vezi administrativnog uređenja. Prema popisu stanovništva Beograd ima 1,7 milijuna stanovnika, uključujući npr. Surčin i Obrenovac. Na wikipediji stoji da ta dva naselja imaju svoje gradonačelnike. Zbog čega ih onda popis administrativno uključuje u Beograd i smatra te li Beogradom nešto što je 50-60 km dalje? Jesu li oni ravnopravni u odnosu na gradonačelnika Beograda ili je on na neki način nadređen njima ?

Why are politicians with a migrant background underrepresented in the Danish Parliament?

Recently, I followed the parliamentary elections in Denmark. Judging just by the names of the elected representatives, there seem to be only a few people with a migrant background, mostly from the Red-Green Alliance. Are these people less interested in politics and participate less in political parties?
