Suggestion for before hitting the gym
Help me
so I am 19M having 42kg body weight 170cm tall .....
before u say i know I am very skinny and might get blown by wind (this joke I am used to) and I have very low bmi (my parents were very skinny in there prime days...u can say that I am skinny cuz of genetics)......last year I tried to go to gym but I only managed to go only 5 days in a month then my gym subscription ended and I stopped going to gym....now I am in college and seeing people of same age group having decent body makes me insecure.... initially It didn't affect me but slowly I am just feeling helpless...I have devised a full diet which give me 90g protein and 2000 calories (totally homemade diet)..I am thinking starting the diet as well hitting the gym just after my college semester ended(after 15th may).....just help me ...suggest me some techniques to maintain the discipline (motivation is useless as it extinguish after 3-4days)....as a beginner should I focus fullbody training or specific body part on specific day in week... weekly how many times should I visit Gym...I don't want to start taking supplements after 2-3months of successful training I might consider taking the supplements but not now. Your insights and experience will be valuable to me genuinely (though I don't need motivation)
