I need a game to grind

The last game that kept me coming back over and over again was Zelda: BOTW. I almost got there with RDR2 (my favorite game, but it didn't scratch the itch). And I love Chivalry 2 (most captivated I've been for years).

I need a game that will have me itching to get on. I want a game that has tons of exploration, cool looking and feeling loot, and a good storyline (I also love the satisfying feeling of grinding for loot). I don't care how niche it is, I'll try it. I do enjoy mmos (I have 200 hours on LotRO, and quite a bit of time of Albion.)

I would prefer medieval and magic type games (I've tried warframe/Destiny 2, they're alright but once again they don't scratch that itch). Please help me.

Also I don't to pay more than 100 bucks.

Games that I've tried to save you from suggesting something I've already played:
Elden Ring
Skyrim
Zelda: TOTK
OSRS + Runescape (I do enjoy this but I cbs paying the sub)
PoE
Terraria (I love this game although I've never finished it, played the early game like 100 times)
Minecraft (same problem as above)
GTAV
Sea of Thieves

Should I buy Grim Dawn? (+DLC's maybe?)

I have been wanting a loot grind style of game with nice visuals for a long time, and I think I have finally found it. I love the older-style visuals because it brings life to the game, like old MMOs sort of (although I never played classic WoW, I have about 200 hours of LotRO even though I'm very young compared to the rest of the player base.)

I don't really know much about it, but I know that it is an ARPG, and I haven't had much experience with those. I tried PoE and didn't like it at all, mostly because of how confusing it is.

So should I get Grim Dark? I am really wondering how the new player experience it is, and if it is easy to play and get into.

Thanks :)
