Skin irritation spreading. In my armpit and around crotch (blacked out)

I thought it was from soap i used at someone else's house, but it's spreading and im using my regular soap. It's itchy sometimes but not all the time. It started as little red dots that looked like little bug bites but now they are spreading out and more spots are appearing. It's been almost 3 weeks
