Dubai Investors and Expats do you feel positive ?

Hello,
This is specially for expats in Dubai and ofc if anyone local as well if they provide an insight

I dont live in dubai but I have my investments in Dubai. As someone who lives abroad do you think I should worry ?

Is everything normal in dubai ? Like do you feel there is something majorly wrong in terms of living standard or everyday life?

Do you feel that like all the times in past Dubai will bounce back soon ?

Any one in the real estate would love to get some insights on how the property market is doing (please be realistic trust me we are in the same boat but I would like to know what to expect in reality rather than being ignorant about the situation)

Thankyou all

Business that guarantees 2000 rupees everyday

Hi, my father is 60 years old and I dont want him to work anymore. He has worked as manufacturer for a very long time and done a hardwork both mentally and physically. Now I want him to enjoy his old age but he is adamant on remaining active and not sitting ideal. So I want a business which small scale no heavy investment requires and gives around 1000-2000 rs profit daily. Does anyone knows or have any idea about the same. My father lives in a small town so businesses have limitation so accordingly suggest something. I am ready to invest 5-8 Lakhs and if the business is more promising can invest a little more as well but dont want to put a lot of pressure on my father

29 F. 104 kg weight 5’3 weight.
I have PCOS and insulin resistance since a long time. I have tried everything to lose weight different weight loss programs and many more nothing seems to have worked for me. I have often lost hope and motivation due to this reason I was struggling initially because my weight was 98 96 and around that but recently I suddenly became 104 Kgs I have not had any changes in my diet or anything related to that. I have been eating home cooked meals balanced diet and what not since ages now but a sudden jump in weight really made me worry about myself so I thought 10k steps walking alone will not do it I need to buckle up and start with strength training.

I started strength training 20 days back and my gym trainer gave me a pcos friendly diet btw I have been on intermittent fasting like since 2 years now.

I dont have breakfast directly jumping to the lunch. In the morning I have Apple cider vinegar with warm water before lunch

For lunch : (as per my trainer) Paneer + 150 gms rice + any daal
protein powder twice a day
Evening pre workout green tea and nuts and seeds

Dinner - light oats/upma/ salad/ soup + paneer

Everything cooked in very less oil

I have taken my protein intake to 100. I have alternate days routine 1 day cardio 1 hour and 1 day cardio 40 mins and 40 mins strength training and I have been consistent with this routine since 20 days

I calculated my calories witg protein twice and 2 meals even if I try I barely reach 1200 1300 kcal.

I was extremely disappointed today when I weighed myself after 20 days and I was still at 104 kgs.

I know i didnt expect weight to dramatically go down to 90 kgs but with calorie deficit and the workout I expected the scale to show at least 0.5 kg per week.

But that didnt happed

I have been having 3 4 litres of water and tracking my sleep 7 - 8 hours daily at least on most days what should I do?

Please tell me what I should do to get back in shape because i feel really de motivated I have been on this journey since a long time and nothing seems to work infact its becoming worse

Anyone who has gone through the same and can in any way help would be great.
