HSBC NAFFL Promo Unqualified

I applied and got approved sa HSBC Red MC on March 6, and I spent 60k within 60 days for NAFFL. The last purchase I made to meet the requirement was on the 60th day, which was on May 5th. I spoke with their chat support just now to ask if I'm already qualified. To my surprise, she said I'm not qualified for NAFFL, because the purchase I made on the 60th day got posted on May 7th. I told the CS that I had literally no idea about it, na dapat pala "spend and posted" within 60 days. I never read the full details of the promo guidelines as well, ang nabasa ko lang is to spend 60k. Am I in the wrong here? Lol. I got so confused and just told the CS na I'll just close this account if it's not gonna be NAFFL. CS escalated my concern and told me to talk to them after a week to ask for updates. Has anyone experienced this kind of situation with HSBC? Any idea about the resolution? Please share yours. Thanks.

I've always thought that Yakult was just a sweet drink for kids. I still remember the excitement back then every time I saw the ads on TV. Makes me want to buy one and chug it in one go. I also never wondered why the ads always consist of adults having an upset stomach and getting somewhat healed after drinking one.

As I became an adult, I now understand why. Why commercials back then mainly consisted of adults and why they drank it. I still remember the main guy (Gabe Mercado) and other adults in those TV commercials with the line "Okay ka ba tiyan?". I've realized that as we age, gut health declines due to reduced microbial diversity, slower digestion, and weakened immune function, and that Yakult is really intended for adults.

Back then, I bought Yakult because it's a delicious drink.

Now, I am buying it because I need it for my tiyan and my tiyan is not okay rn.

Saw this awful way of letting their kid ride in their motorcycle, I can't help but record it to spread awareness.

For parents, please lang, if wala pa sa saktong laki at edad ang mga anak niyo na umangkas sa motor, don't put them in danger!

Edit: Don't mind the check engine, it's an issue with the ckp sensor. My motorcycle runs fine but will have it checked again in the next pms.

Applied for a metrobank CC because of NAFFL promo, and just have to spend 30k within 3mos. Got approved mid March, but still haven't received my card, and promo ends by June.

I admit that it's sort of my mistake kasi lagi kong di nasasagot ang tawag ng courier(probably) as I was driving my motorbike papuntang office. I said probably kasi I never received any notification that they will attempt to deliver it, just a missed call from an unknown number, so I just assumed it's from the courier.

They just call once and that's it, no 3 reattempts, or call back from their back office, and just returns the mail to metrobank. I also tried calling back the numbers but cannot be contacted, sent text messages but no reply, and this happened twice already. I called metrobank multiple times to have them redeliver the mail, tried asking for tracking number or who's the courier at least but they don't have that information as per cs.

I've had multiple CCs, recent one from HSBC, their courier always calls back. Has anybody experienced this? Any idea kung sino ang courier nila? Kasi dapat na nilang palitan. Sobrang pangit ng service.
