Poor guitar sound

Poor guitar sound

I've had this guitar for almost a year now and have never been able to get it to sound good. I think I recently found the culprit...

The bottom strings don't sit properly on the saddle.

Is this something that could cause issues?

And are there any solutions that don't have to involve me buying new bridge pieces?

Guitar sounds poor

I've got an agile multi scale, 27"-30" with fishman fluences, and I cannot seem to get it to sound good. I have a feeling it's because the soldering was incorrect, but every guitar place I take it to says it's fine. The tone knob does just about NOTHING, with very little difference on the push/pull.

Just would like to know if you think I'm crazy or if I should just ask them to resolder everything
