A Soft Pink And White Rose Quietly Became The Prettiest Part Of My Garden!
Most strategies fail not because the goal is wrong but because people stop adjusting.
Real progress comes from small decisions, consistency and learning from feedback
I made this poster for those founders who feel stuck in chaos instead of progress because I experienced the same phase and I completely changed how I look at systems, scaling and decision making
Hope so it will be helpful for other too

I run a small cafe and one thing nobody tells you about business is how confusing can feel at starting phase. One week you think you figured thing out, next week sales drop and you start changing everything again.
I have tired offers, new drinks, social media, better service, different pricing, late night hours........... honestly a little bit of everything. Sometimes I feel small business owners spend half their time working and the other half trying to solve what actually works.
So I am curious:
What genuinely helped you grow your business when things felt stuck?
was it strategy, a mindset shift, a person, a mentor, a resource or just surviving long enough?
Some days you just need little sunshine... recently added but now it's best part of life❤
Hello everyone,
I run a small cafe & honestly there was time I almost gave up. I was facing with everything at once like low customers, no clear plan to grow, daily expenses stress & constant confusion about what to fix. Some days were okay but other days felt like I was just surviving not building anything.
I thought maybe I need guidance so I started looking for mentors online. I tried 3 to 4 different mentors online. Some gave advice, some sold courses, I listened and followed advice but nothing really changed for me it felt like I was doing more but results were same. Then I started reading business books. I read books like The Lean Startup, Rich Dad Poor Dad and Zero to one, they were good but I couldn't connect it to my small cafe properly I understood ideas but I did not know what to actually do daily in my situation.
At that time I met my friend who runs a Book printing business for the past 5-8 years. He is not much into reading stuff but still he advised me before signing up for any mentorship program or courses & spending hard earn money I should first read book "The Science of Scaling" by Dr. Benjamin Hardy. It was available as free audiobook which gives you information about mindset, strategy, scaling and many practical things that can help business grow. He suggested that If it helped me then I should go ahead and invest in any courses so I decided to give it a try without much expectation & surprisingly this time it feels different.
I started applying small parts of it in my cafe. Nothing big at first just small changes in how I approached customers and offers. In 4-6 months I slowly started seeing changes. More repeat customers. Better clarity. Less stress in daily decisions. It is not like everything became perfect but it finally feels like I am moving forward.
Today, I am really grateful to that friend for suggesting it & also for showing me that sometimes practical guidance matters more than consuming too much information. Just sharing this in case someone else here is also feeling stuck like I was.
Have you ever felt like you are doing everything but still not getting results?
