Made this ramen bowl from scratch today and I’m weirdly proud of how it turned out. Definitely one of the best things I’ve cooked so far 🍜

BEST pasta ever! (Made by me!)
I have made pasta countless times at home, but this one was hands down, the best i have ever had. Moreover, this was an experimental recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- Garlic powder (we don't eat raw garlic, so used garlic powder instead, according to taste)
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
- 2 tbsp red chilli sauce
- Oregano
- Chilli flakes
- Peri peri powder
- Maggi masala
- Salt according to taste
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cheese slices
- Extra cheese (as much as your heart tells you)
- Pasta water (to adjust consistency)
- 1 to 1¼ cup shell pasta
Recipe:
- In a pan, heat butter and olive oil together.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until soft and slightly golden.
- Add garlic powder and mix well.
- Add tomato sauce, Schezwan sauce, and red chilli sauce. Mix and let it simmer.
- Add oregano, chilli flakes, peri peri powder, Maggi masala, and salt according to taste.
- Pour in the milk, mix properly, and let it cook covered for a minute or two.
- Add cheese slices and extra cheese. Let everything melt into the sauce.
- Add a little pasta water to adjust the consistency and let it simmer covered until creamy.
- Add boiled pasta and mix properly so every piece gets coated.
- Cover and cook on low flame for another 5 minutes.
- Finish with your favourite seasonings on top and serve hot.
Notes:
- Shell pasta works REALLY well because it traps the sauce inside.
- The cheese is what makes the sauce creamy and addictive.
- Don’t panic if the sauce looks watery at first — it thickens a lot while resting. (Mine looked really watery even after I added the pasta, i managed to fix it and thus, this is the no fail recipe)
- This is basically spicy desi pink sauce pasta and it tastes unreal 😭
Date night recipe!!! (Suggest a name)
I don’t know what i should name this dish, but here’s the recipe! It turned out to be one of the most amazing dishes i’ve ever created.
Ingredients:
Chicken breast or boneless chicken thigh
2 rumali rotis
An egg
Garlic butter (homemade)
Crunchy chilli oil (homemade)
Peanuts
Almonds
Cashews
Process:
1 Brine the chicken for 24 hours (make your own brine). I use whole all spice and some aromatics in mine.
2 Grill the chicken in garlic butter on a hot iron skillet over high flame. Do not overcook, otherwise the chicken will become chewy and lose all its juices.
3 Place the grilled chicken on a cooling rack. In the meantime, on a dosa pan over the lowest flame, place one rumali roti, crack an egg on top (or pour a beaten egg) and cover it with the second rumali roti. Cook on low heat until the egg is fully cooked. Flip carefully, don’t leave it on one side too long or the roti will become crispy.
4 Once done, keep the egg filled roti on a cooling rack and slice the cooked chicken against the grain.
5 In a blending jar, add equal parts peanuts, almonds, and cashews along with a tbspn of chilli oil. Blend until you reach the desired consistency (as shown in the picture). Do not over blend or the oil will separate and you’ll end up with nut butter.
6 Using a steel glass or steel bowl, cut circles out of the rumali roti (it will be soft now). Layer them starting with the nut sauce, then add the sliced chicken (I roll the strips and skewer them with a toothpick to hold the shape) and finish with a teaspoon of crunchy chilli oil on top.
Try it, you’ll thank me later!
Good luck, guys! 🙂🙃

Aaj Maine Khaya - Double Buff Burger 👀🙈 at Al Nihar
Went solo to eat this burger, after seeing so many reels. It is WORTH THE HYPE. That meat is fatty, juicy, perfectly cooked and the thing tastes crazy.
It was my first solo meal in Delhi, I travelled through metro for like 1.5 hrs for this Burg. Anxiety inducing but fun experience tho.
Costs like 300, maybe more, idr.
The amount of sauce is a little less I could say, but the juicy patty compensated for it, otherwise this is awesome.
