Problem/Goal: What do you call this for young guys?

Context: Konti na lang, I'm turning 30 na. I live in an apartment in Caloocan with common kitchen pero may sariling cr yung mga unit. So there's this young guy around 17-20, he looks very young talaga, he lives with his 3 siblings na parang ka-age ko na din. Ang everytime na makakasalubong ko siya, he would always always literally look straight to my face, noong una napapansin ko lang sa face niya na nakalingon sa akin, like before he enters sa room nila, he would stop and stare at me ng medyo matagal.

Tapos one time nagkasalubong kami sa hallway, napansin ko ulit, and this time I tried to stare at him to check kung nakatingin ba talaga siya, and yes, nakatingin siya then he smiled tapos I showed my sungit face lang like what I always do whenever na may makakasalubong akong tenants, kasi ayoko makipag-close sa kanina, at makilagchikahan.

Noon, I thought na baka may disability siya, like yung parang isip bata, pero I observed na wala naman kasi narinig ko na siya makipag- converse with his siblings, normal naman siya. He doesn't look creepy naman, he looks like a teen, may itsura naman siya and tall.

It feels weird lang talaga, hindi ko maisip na attracted siya sa akin, because I look matured na. And I'm not that super attractive talaga.

Sorry it's my first time lang to encounter ng mga ganito, parang ka age lang ng little brother ko, ang cringe di ba?

May mga ganito ba talagang teens na attracted to matured ladies?
