Update po! Na okay na po naibalik na po iyong pera ng friend ko. We reach out to her classmate na Programmer na nagwork po sa Microsoft. Nakalock po iyong card niya. No transaction History na nakita sa app niya. Pero may tumawag daw kahapon sa kanya na she is eligible daw sa Shoppee Loan at approve na daw. Then drinop nia iyong call and kanina morning nagcheck siya sa MariBank zero na ang laman. Tas No transaction History. Iyong classmate nia po sa college na programmer na trace nia po inopen niya po sa Laptop nia tas nakita na winithdraw iyong money nia tas andaming transaction pero pending kaya cinancel niya lahat. After na cancel iyong transaction ay pina uninstall iyong maribank nia tas install ulit and then naibalik napo ang money.

Maribank offer me worth 20k. Ginamit ko yung offer sakin Feb and 3months to pay, but nagearly payment ako around 1st week of April pa lang tapos ko na bayaran. Then yung susubukan ko magaccess ulit sa Loan/Credit nila. Unavailable which is I need to wait for 30days, yesterday yung 30days then sinubukan ko if pwede na ulit magamit then same pa din lumabas like after ko maghintay for reviewing ng account ko biglang ang sabi sakin is Unavailable and wait for another 30days again?! Like the heck.
Meron po ba naka'experience sa ng ganito and ask ko if anong best option for this? I already call sa CS nila wait ko lang yung 30days then after nun baka pwede ko na magamit then suddenly ganito ulit lalabas. Thank you sa mga sasagot agad.

There was an unauthorized transaction sa account ko and I immediately filed a dispute. It was for FB Ads. There were other attempts but luckily, wala na laman account so failed yung other attempts. Yung sa successful transaction, I filed a dispute and sabi nila it was "authorized" daw. Called them to dispute again, same response. Escalated to BSP, same response. And now, since sobrang frustrated ko, I connected with their CEO sa LinkedIn and I sent him a message there. I don't know if magrerespond but sobrang nakaka-stress lang yung CS since made up na yung mind nila na "authorized" yung transaction without sufficient evidence. I gave them enough proof na never ako nag-authorize or magaauthorize ng USD transactions. LOL.
Napapansin ko napapadalas na yung ganitong issue sa Maribank which is hndi naman nangyayari dati nung Seabank pa sila. Kinoconsider ko na tuloy na ilabas lahat ng savings ko.

Any tips po paano ma approve sa Maribank Credit? Like gaano po katagal or kabilis ginagamit account bago ma offer-an? I have SPayLater at SLoan (never nadelay ng payments) so far palagi ko ginagamit debit at transfers sa app.
This app used to be fast, it now takes long time to login. After the fingerprint login, just white screen with Maribank logo for a long time. What fixed it, I think was clearing the cache and force closing the app. This also happened yesterday then it worked again.
Helloo is anyone experience this? Maibabalik pa ba to wala nmn ako trinansac na ganyn at di din naka link yung account ko sa maribank sa any subscription.
Naisip ko lang, what if manakaw or mawala ang phone and sim card ko na gamit ko sa MariBank acc ko, paano ko kaya marerecover 'yung account ko without my SIM Card?

If may maintenance sana di na tatangap ng pera ang app nila. Nakaka inis, mag 24hrs na naka floating ung pera and di magalaw, di nag rereflect and di pwede i speed up ung process kasi apparentlty naka maintenance pa raw ang MariBank. Anong klaseng app yan more than 24hrs ang maintenance? Dapat di sila tatangap ng deposits or transfers. Napaka hassle kasi mapepenalty tayo sa payment dahil di ko ka access ung perang supposedly ibabayad.
Update: Talked to a CS agent and may nangyari(cant say ano talaga pero may issue sa provider daw nila nung service, vague and di masabi ni CS ung cause pero feel ko MariBank talaga) daw noong time na nag transfer ako. It was unforseen so walang announcement and apparently marami ring na ganito.
Floating daw ung status nung transfer ko and nakikita naman nila sa system nila its just that di maipasokpasok sa account ko ung amount(at least di nawala pera ko). Now may settlement day daw which is monday pa raw. So aun ipit ung pera ko.
Safe naman na daw to transact sa MariBank app pero ewan ko kung bakit monday pa ung pera kong na floating. Akala ko online banking was supposed to do away with the "banking days" pero mukhang iba kay MariBank.

After ko ma pay nung unang loan ko (advance ng 2 months bago matapos) naka loan ulit and after maka pay like around 2 months nag increase ng 20k for 3months ang kinuha ko. After ba mapay yung 3months kahit hindi pa tapos yung 6 months may chance ba makuha yung 20k or need matapos pa yung isang loan? thanksssss

Nagcall napo ako sa cs thru phone call and nakausap ko yung customer service and sabi nya habang call mag facial verification ako and nagpoprocess ako bigla namatay ang call and after ko non dkona po sila macall para ma follow up if ilang days since pang 2-3days kona ata nag aantay or everyday ko try open but ganon padin
Hello i am currently a first year engineering student, and this is my first time posting. Nagsend ako ng perang ipon ko sa maribank ko thru gotyme noong May 1. Nagreflect siya sa gotyme na sent but di ko siya na receive sa maribank. I already contact gotyme saying they need my maribank soa pero hanggang april 2026 lang yung accessible. Nagfile na rin ako ng case sa maribank at sinabi nila sakin thru email na hindi nila nareceive. Ano dapat kong gawin? Mag email na ba ako sa bsp? Thankyoupo
Hi everyone. I'm sharing my experience hoping someone has been through this or can offer advice. This has been an incredibly frustrating 23 days. I'm posting this because I genuinely don't know what else to do and I'm hoping someone here has been through something similar.
What happened:
On April 7, 2026, I transferred ₱97,502.68 PHP from my PayPal account to my Maribank Virtual Debit Card. PayPal immediately marked it as "completed." The money never appeared in my Maribank account, and to this day, it is still missing.
What I found out after weeks of fighting:

The reality right now:
PayPal says the money left their system. Maribank says it never arrived. My account shows nothing returned. ₱97,502.68 is just gone. No one is taking full responsibility and I am the one suffering.
Warning to everyone:
If you use PayPal to transfer funds to Maribank, NEVER use your Maribank. Their card number cannot receive incoming transfers and your funds can end up in limbo exactly like mine.
Has anyone been through this? How did you get your money back? Any advice on what else I can do at this point?
