Deviated septum

How am I supposed to trust an ENT who says,

“Empty nose syndrome means the nose is empty… which isn’t the case with RF turbinate reduction.

Another ENT didn’t understand my question at all. She just said, “What?” and then told me, “You need surgery, that’s the treatment.”

Another one said, it doesn’t look that bad at all..

I mean wtf. Maybe I could get a MRT but that’s still doesn’t solve my issues because these ENts aren’t aware of ENS.

I do have a consultation with Dr. Scheiter in July..

I’m really starting to wonder what these ENTs are actually learning.

Perimenopause and sleep

Hi,

I got info from someone here from the sleep subreddit that eating a small snack (complex carbo, small piece of banana etc) Could work with the early morning awakenings. And yes it does help, and if I wake up I do sleep..

But I still wake quite early and I know low progesterone plays a role as well.

Has anyone tried any natural HRT’s?

Thank you
