Went on the app to pay off some money from my TD credit card. It says it’s unable to load my balance or payment info. It’s been like this for a few days. I’ve updated my apps and still nothing.

Heard some loud booms. sounded like fireworks in the distance. It’s stopped but just wanted to ask.
