NEED help girlies PLEASE 🙏🏻

I wanted a bra ,like a lightly padded bra enough to hide my nippies and save me from embarrassment(i have bad social anxiety, and my bra makes it worse 😭😭😭)...and I used the ABTF calculator, and everytime I check,I get 28D and suggested sister size is 30C, but it's impossible to find a bra that size and I thought I can try the 30B bras available in jockey but not so sure now...😭😭😭

Can someone please suggest some good bras that ACTUALLY fit small bust and not just leave gaps 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

ok if someone has ever bought a bra from h&m, can you please tell how the bra quality is, the texture,is it comfy and how is the sizing ???

I am mostly likely a 30b or c ,and in size chart ,i checked ,and its s size for me,so I just wanna know if its quality is good ,i dont want something with very heavy padding as its summers and there no too much winter in the place where i live , so i just want a very light padding which hides my nippies and i dont feel embarassed ,and thus,i was planning to buy this
