Hi all,

I’m dealing with a water leak from the upstairs apartment.

They’ve “fixed” something on their side, but won’t share any report about the cause, and they’re not taking responsibility for the damage to my ceiling.

So I’m thinking of hiring an independent expert.

Does anyone have recommendations for a reliable leak detection / damage expert near the Amsterdam area? Ideally someone whose report is accepted by insurance or usable in disputes.

Also wondering, besides assessing the damage to my ceiling: Can an expert determine the likely cause of the leak based on this?

Any recommendations or experiences would be really appreciated.
