Has anyone else found that slower movement helps their body more than intense workouts?

I’ve worked in fitness for a long time and one thing I keep noticing is how many people are exhausted, stressed and carrying so much tension.

Pilates has become such a game changer for helping people feel stronger without constantly pushing their bodies harder.

Curious if anyone else has experienced this?

I’ve worked in fitness for years and honestly… I think a lot of people don’t actually need harder workouts.

Most people are stressed, tense, overwhelmed and struggling to find time for themselves in the first place.

That’s one of the reasons I started focusing more on Pilates and slower, intentional movement.

I’ve seen people improve their posture, reduce back pain, feel calmer and more connected to their bodies just from consistent, gentle movement they can actually stick to.

Would genuinely love to know though, what’s the biggest thing that stops people staying consistent with movement/exercise?
