Looking for 5 agencies: lifetime free access to my Meta Ads reporting tool in exchange for honest feedback

Hey all,

I built a tool which turns Meta Ads data into a branded, client-ready PDF in about 30 seconds. Templates, scheduling, custom conversions and automated email delivery. Built specifically for agencies managing 1-20 clients.

I'm looking for 5 agency owners to use it free for life in exchange for real, unfiltered feedback over the next few months.

Not after "this is cool" feedback. I want the stuff that stings a bit. Bonus points if you currently use Looker Studio, AgencyAnalytics, Whatagraph, Supermetrics or DashThis and can tell me where I'm falling short.

If you're in let me know!

First 5 that fit, I'll set up.

Cheers.

If you're in, drop a comment or DM with:

  • Agency size + how many Meta Ads clients
  • What you use for reporting today
  • One thing that annoys you most about it

First 5 that fit, I'll set up.

Cheers.

honest question: what tool would you actually pay for?

i’m a meta ads guy looking to build something and trying to figure out where the real pain is before i write a single line of code.

so — what are you hacking together with spreadsheets that should just exist as a tool? what do you overpay for? what makes your workflow slower than it should be?

not pitching anything, genuinely just listening. drop it below

I've been running paid social for a while now and client reporting is still one of those things that nobody seems to have fully figured out. Talked to a bunch of agency owners and freelancers lately and the same three situations keep coming up:

  1. Using something like Supermetrics or Whatagraph that works fine but costs way more than it should for what you actually need

  2. Looker Studio with a Meta connector that breaks every other Monday morning

  3. Manually exporting from Ads Manager and cleaning it up in Slides or a PDF template before sending

Honestly wtf. The tools that exist either do too much and charge for it, or they're too basic and fall apart the moment you try to track custom conversions.

A few questions I'm genuinely curious about:

- What does your current reporting setup actually look like?

- How long does it take you per client each month?

- Has a broken or late report ever cost you a client?

- What's the one thing about your current setup that drives you crazy?

- If a tool was Meta only, took under a minute to set up per client, and handled custom conversions properly, what would that actually be worth to you per month?

I'll be honest, we ARE working on a tool that we already use internally for client reporting but I don't want this to feel like a promo, so I'll leave the name out. I genuinely want to know what other agencies and freelancers struggle iwth and what we could do to improve our tool.

Especially curious from freelancers and smaller agencies. The enterprise side of this is well documented but the leaner end of the market seems like a different story.
