How do you build up to drinking lots of water?
For years I've hardly drank any water at all, now when I drink even 16 ounces of water, I feel flushed with a headache. I know some will say electrolytes, but I never tolerate those well either.
I used to drink 1 gal+ of just plain water and felt just fine. How do I scale up? It feels like I'm waking up my body, yesterday drank 64 ounces and at night had a pounding head ache.
But also thinking maybe the kidneys are just flushing the water quickly since they are so used to operating without it...
What do I do today? Another 64 ounces?
