How do I get back the money my friend owes me

I m 16. Me and my friend went on a trip where he didn't bring any money. We had an understanding that he would return the money afterwards. But now he is only stalling it.

Now, After the trip some of his stuff (phone charger, empty wallet) has been left with me. Should I use this as a leverage to get back my money?

Basically, Money first, Stuff later....

But now he has slowly started spreading a bad word about me in his friend circles.... I know if I give back his stuff without the money first then he would keep stalling it forever.

I don't own the money... It's my parents who do.

My parents asked me to not make a big deal of it and just leave it.

I have also tried to stall from my end saying that I m not in home so come later to pick up stuff

Presta leaking

I thought presta does not leak unless the head is moved or pushed downwards

Then why is it leaking without even touching

Also the valve core isn't causing the leak only the head

Bike fit help

I m planning to do 600 km bike packing trip and i prioritize comfort over anything else.

I feel that there's too much pressure on my arms

Also I have maxed height, the hoods but still little uncomfortable.

Also I struggle to keep my head up and little back pain

I unfortunately don't own a indoor trainer. So I thought this would help. Still pls tell me if it's not enough.

Can you hop in and out of classes you don't want to do?

I m from allen guwahati and my chemistry teacher is incapable of making me understand. Along with my fellow classmates

Only option I see is to skip his classes and do self study or some other more productive learning

But how do I convince the administration to allow this?
